This is a seaside park located in the Sotome region on the west coast of the Nishisonogi Peninsula. It has been developed as a park where people can get familiar with the sea, and the large square called ``Umi no Hiroba'' is a place for people to relax.
It is also attractive that it is only about an hour's drive from the center of Nagasaki city, and many people from inside and outside the prefecture visit during the summer swimming season. It is also popular with families with small children as it is equipped with toilet and shower facilities.
From the park, you can see the magnificent Sumonada Sea overlooking the Goto Islands, and watch the beautiful sunset as it sets over the horizon.
