The backside of Sotomekou Sometome Kamouragawa River Park

A spacious and relaxing waterside space that takes advantage of Japan's clearest stream, the Kamiura River.

The Kounouragawa River is located in the northwest of Nagasaki City and has been selected as one of the clearest streams in Japan.
It is a waterside park where people can interact with nature, taking advantage of this clear stream where sweetfish and long-spotted shrimp live, and the surrounding rich natural environment.The park has a river pool and playground that draw water from the river, and is a playground for children in the summer. A cheerful voice echoes. On the promenade along the river, you can take a leisurely stroll and spend your time as you please while feeling the seasons. It is a healing spot of water and greenery where visitors can enjoy nature to the fullest.
About 10 minutes away by car is the ``Roadside Station Yuhigaoka Sotome,'' which is known as a famous sunset spot, so why not stop by on your way home? Transportation access Approximately 1 hour by car from JR Nagasaki Station
From JR Nagasaki Station, take the Nagasaki bus (bound for Sakura no Sato Terminal) for about 50 minutes, get off at the last stop, then transfer to Saikai Kotsu (bound for Itanoura) for about 30 minutes, get off at the "Kamiourabashi" bus stop, and walk about 10 minutes.
