This is a seawater bathing facility that uses the beautiful mineral-rich seawater that spreads around Takashima.

Island therapy aims to improve your health (exercise and rest) by making use of the island's clean seawater environment.You can do various exercises in a pool heated by seawater while wearing a swimsuit.

Exposure to seawater is said to have a variety of effects, including a heat-retaining effect that prevents body heat from dissipating, a purifying effect on the skin and mucous membranes, and an effect that speeds up the healing of wounds.

There is also a mist sauna that makes seawater fall like mist, a cave bath, a regular public bath, snacks and a cafe, and you can also purchase Takashima souvenirs.
