The Nagasaki International Tourism and Convention Association (DMO NAGASAKI) is a general incorporated association that is working to create "true attractions" to attract foreign visitors, as well as disseminating information, establishing an infrastructure to welcome foreign visitors, and carrying out activities to attract foreign visitors.
This time, we focused on fish, one of the attractions of Nagasaki cuisine, and planned and implemented a tour to see the farming of "Yukou Shimaaji" and taste sashimi for visitors from Europe and the United States, who do not like raw fish.
