It has been decided that the hub meeting for the ICCA (International Conference Association) Annual General Meeting will be held from October 11th to 1th at Dejima Messe Nagasaki, which will open on November 10st.
ICCA has five regional subcommittees around the world, but the Asia Pacific subcommittee is the largest, with over 300 companies and organizations participating, and will also have a hub venue in Seoul (South Korea).
Other hub locations confirmed include Paris (France), Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates), and Johannesburg (South Africa).

Hub venues: Nagasaki (Japan), Seoul (South Korea), Paris (France), Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates), Johannesburg (South Africa)

Number of participants: Approximately 100 people (including approximately 10 foreigners)
Contents: Due to the time difference with Colombia, a recorded version of the annual general meeting program will be broadcast, and local original programs will be held at the hub venue.
■What is ICCA (International Conference Association)?
ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association) is an international organization (headquartered in Amsterdam) established by international conference-related companies, government agencies, and professional groups. Established in 1963 by a group of travel agents.
Currently, it is the largest industry organization in the MICE field, with over 1,100 companies and organizations and approximately 100 countries and regions as members and continues to lead the industry.
