Information on subsidies and support systems that can be useful for holding various conventions such as conferences, conventions, and training sessions.
We provide detailed support from planning to the day of the event.
Please note that we may accept additional applications depending on the status of implementation of projects that have already been applied for, so please feel free to contact us at any time.

Convention holding subsidy system (FY6)
[As of April 6, XNUMX]
This is a system that provides subsidies within the budget to organizers of conventions held in Nagasaki City to support the event.
Please note that we may not be able to issue the item if it exceeds the budget limit. Please note that this may be revised in the future.
■Subsidy target
All of the following apply
(1) Events held in Nagasaki City
(2) The scope of participants is at least the Kyushu Tournament or an equivalent scale.
(3) Events organized mainly by various associations, organizations, academic societies, etc.
However, if any of the following apply, you will not be eligible for the subsidy.
(1) For profit purposes
(2) Items aimed at political or religious activities
(3) Those receiving other subsidies or support similar to subsidies from the national or local government.
(4) Sports conventions and sports training camps
(5) Events sponsored or participated by organized crime groups or other anti-social forces.

■Subsidy amount
The amount of the subsidy is the subsidy standard amount (total amount of (A) and (B)) calculated according to the category of total number of guests listed in the table below, or
The amount shall be within the lower of the total business expenses of the convention.

Nagasaki Stadium City large-scale event attraction project expense subsidy
This is a system that supports the organizers of events held at Nagasaki Stadium City Happiness Arena by providing subsidies for the costs of attracting large-scale events to Nagasaki Stadium City within the budget. Please note that we may not be able to issue the item if it exceeds the budget limit. Please note that this may be revised in the future.
■Subsidy target
All of the following apply
(1) To be held at Nagasaki Stadium City Happiness Arena.
(2) It is expected to attract visitors from within the city and outside the prefecture.
(3) Conduct PR to attract tourists to tourist spots, restaurants, etc. in the city.
(4) Approval of sponsorship or cooperation has been obtained from Nagasaki City.
However, if any of the following apply, you will not be eligible for the subsidy.
(1) Businesses that receive subsidies, etc. from other systems from the national or local governments.
(2) Businesses aimed at religious activities, political activities, or election activities.
(3) Projects similar to events held in Nagasaki City in the previous year
(Except when an event held at Nagasaki Brick Hall in the previous year is expanded in scale.)
(4) Projects sponsored or co-sponsored by the Japanet Group, the national government, or local governments.
(5) Projects sponsored or participated by organized crime groups or other anti-social forces.
■Subsidy amount
The amount of the subsidy will be the subsidy standard amount listed in the following table or■The amount shall be within the lower of the amount equivalent to one-half of the total amount of expenses eligible for the subsidy in the preceding article. However, if the event lasts for two or more days, the number of participants in the event will be based on the subsidy standard amount based on the number of participants per day.■The subsidized expenses in the previous article shall be the total amount of subsidized expenses for the event over two days divided by the number of days the event is held.
