Nagasakishi Sougo Undoukoen Nagasaki City General Athletic Park
This is a sports and recreation facility in a verdant location in the northern part of Nagasaki City. The track and field stadium where international competitions can also be held has a 9-lane 400 m. track and can be utilized for sports such as track and field, soccer, and rugby. It’s available for use 8:00–21:00. The stands can accommodate 16,000 spectators. There are also tennis courts, a baseball field, and children’s play area on the expansive 43 ha. grounds. The venue was used for the tennis and rugby events in the 2014 Nagasaki Ganbaranba National Sports Festival, and the flying disc event in the Nagasaki Ganbaranba National Sports Festival in which athletes with disabilities competed.
