The complex facility has a culture hall, gymnasium, exhibition hall, and meeting rooms. Visitors strolling along Nakashima River, which has several historical stone bridges including the nearby Megane Bridge, can enjoy exploring the nostalgic Allcore Naka-dori Shopping Street and central shopping areas.

The floor above the hall is a sports gymnasium. If there are sports events such as a volleyball or basketball game being held, the sound may reverberate. When it is necessary to avoid noise, renting the sports facility is recommended.
When instruments are played, etc. in the music/rehearsal room, the sound may be heard in the hall. When necessary, renting the music/rehearsal room is recommended.
