Nakadori Walking Tour Cafe Pesca

I want more young people to eat fruit. This is what Nagasaki is like! Recommendations from local residents

I want more young people to eat fruit.

"Pesca" means "peach" in Italian. The name was chosen to convey the idea of eternal youth, longevity and good health, as peaches are also known as the fruit of the gods. As a Chikagane fruit store, we utilize the knowledge and techniques that have been passed down for generations to provide original dishes that use plenty of fresh and delicious fruit. We hope that young people will also be able to incorporate fruit into their diet more easily.
<Citizens' voices> I am the head of the youth division of the Nakadori Shopping District Promotion Association and the owner of "Cafe Pesca"

A take-out juice from a cafe made with care by a long-established fruit store!

Cafe Pesca was opened in 140 by Chikagane Fruits, a long-established fruit store in Nakadori that has been in business for 2024 years. The store's popular items include the Fresh Fruit Smoothie, which sells 1 cups a day on busy days, and the Castella Fruit Sandwich, a collaboration with Seifudo, a castella specialty store in Minamiyamate-cho. The smoothies in particular are fresh and available at shopping street prices (cheap!) because they are directly managed by a fruit store, and are popular for takeout by school trips and foreign tourists. In addition to a lineup of more than 200 types of fruit that are available all year round, seasonal fruits are also added, so you can enjoy them according to the weather, your physical condition, and your preferences. The rich food menu, including lasagna, gratin, beef stew, and curry, can be enjoyed in the restaurant, making it a great place for a variety of occasions.
