Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the ``Terms'') are stipulated by the Nagasaki International Tourism and Convention Association (hereinafter referred to as the ``Association''). ). All registered members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") must use the Association in accordance with these Terms. If you use this association, you will be deemed to have understood the contents of this agreement and have agreed to all the provisions of this agreement.

Article XNUMX (Purpose)
Through mutual cooperation among its members, this association aims to acquire business opportunities, expand partners, and improve skills for businesses and citizens centered on Nagasaki City, and to improve the attractiveness of Nagasaki City as a tourist destination and promote tourism and tourism. The purpose is to expand the number of exchanges.

Article 2 (Activities)
In order to achieve the purpose set forth in the preceding article, this association will carry out the following activities.
(1) Activities that help members acquire business opportunities
(2) Activities that contribute to the expansion of member partners
(3) Activities that contribute to improving the skills of members
(4) Other activities that the association deems necessary to achieve the objectives of the association

Article 3 (Members and membership fees)
The Society allows corporations and individuals who support the purpose of the Society to register as members.
Membership fee is free.

Article 4 (Member registration)
In this association, a person who wishes to register shall apply for member registration by the method specified by the association after agreeing to these terms and conditions, and membership registration will be completed when the secretary general of the association approves this.
If the Association determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, the Association may not approve the application for membership registration, and shall not be obligated to disclose any of the reasons.
(1) If false information is reported when applying for member registration
(2) If the application is from a person who has violated these Terms.
(3) If the application is from a person who has no involvement in tourism town development in Nagasaki City.
(4) If the application is from an anti-social force or a person connected to an anti-social force.
(5) In other cases where our association determines that member registration is inappropriate.

Article 5 (Management of member ID and password)
Members shall appropriately manage their member IDs and passwords at their own responsibility.
Members may not transfer or lend their member ID and password to a third party, or share them with a third party under any circumstances.
The Association shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of a member ID and password by a third party, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Association.

Article 6 (Restrictions on use and cancellation of registration)
If a member falls under any of the following, the association may restrict the member from using all or part of the association or cancel the member's registration without prior notice. I assume that you can.

(3) If there is no response for a certain period of time to contact from our association
(4) If the Association has not been used for a certain period of time since the last use.

The Association shall not be responsible for any damage caused to members as a result of the Association's actions pursuant to this article. Furthermore, we are not obligated to disclose the reasons for usage restrictions or registration cancellation based on this article.

Article 7 (Notification or Communication)
Notifications or communications between members and the Association shall be made in the manner determined by the Association. Unless a member notifies us of a change in accordance with the method specified separately by the Association, the Association will assume that the currently registered contact information is valid and will notify or contact the contact information. It is assumed that the message has reached the member.

Article 8 (Withdrawal)
Members may withdraw from the Association by following the withdrawal procedures established by the Association.

Article 9 (Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations)
Members may not transfer their status under the usage contract or the rights or obligations based on these Terms to a third party or provide them as collateral without the prior written consent of the Association.

Article 10 (Handling of personal information)
The Association shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of the Association in accordance with the Association's "Privacy Policy."

Article 11 (Prohibited matters)
Members must not engage in the following acts when using the Association.
(1) Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
(2) Acts related to criminal acts
(3) Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights contained in the Society, such as the contents of the Society.
(4) Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the server or network of the Association, other members, or other third parties.
(5) Acts that may interfere with the operations of this association
(6) Acts of making or attempting unauthorized access.
(7) Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information, etc. about other members
(8) Acts of using the Association for illegal purposes
(9) Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other members of the Association or other third parties.
(10) Acts of impersonating other members
(11) Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to anti-social forces in connection with this association.
(12) Other acts that our association deems inappropriate.

Article 12 (Suspension of activities of this association, etc.)
If the Association determines that any of the following reasons exists, it may suspend or suspend all or part of the Association's activities without prior notice to members.
(1) In the event that the activities of the Association become difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster.
(2) In other cases where the Association determines that it is difficult to continue the Association.
The Association shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by members or third parties due to the suspension or suspension of the Association.

Article 13 (Changes in activity content, etc.)
The Association may change, add to, or abolish the activities of the Association with prior notice to the members, and the members shall consent to this.

Article 14 (Disclaimer)
The Association is not responsible for any damage caused to members due to the Association, unless the damage is due to intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Association.
The Association is not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between members and other members or third parties regarding the Association.

Article 15 (Change of Terms of Service)
Our association may change these Terms without requiring individual consent from members in the following cases:
(1) When changes to these Terms are in the general interests of members.
(2) When the change to these Terms does not contradict the purpose of the Society's usage agreement and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, the appropriateness of the changed content, and other circumstances related to the change.
The Association will notify members in advance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions pursuant to the preceding paragraph, as well as the content of the revised Terms and Conditions and the effective date thereof.

Article 16 (Application of Terms)
These terms and conditions shall apply to all relationships between Members and the Association regarding the use of the Association.
In addition to these Terms, the Association may make various regulations regarding the Association, such as rules for use (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Regulations"). These individual provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms, regardless of their name.
If the provisions of these Terms of Use conflict with the provisions of the Individual Regulations, the provisions of the Individual Regulations shall take precedence unless otherwise specified in the Individual Regulations.

The 17 Article (Governing Law, Jurisdiction)
Japanese law will be the governing law in interpreting these terms.
If a dispute arises between a member and our association, it shall be resolved in good faith between the parties.
In the event that a dispute arises regarding this association, the Nagasaki District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
