[Requirements for applicant]
○ Must be an organization, council, etc. of a local government, a tourism regional development organization (DMO), or a private business operator for the purpose of regional development.
○ If the applicant is not a local government, cooperation with the local government is mandatory, and a letter of intent regarding participation in the local government's implementation system must be submitted.
