In planning Nagasaki City's tourism branding and marketing strategy, we utilized Salesforce Japan Co., Ltd.'s ``Salesforce Marketing Cloud'' to analyze posts on websites and SNS around the world, and analyzed Nagasaki City by country/region (language). We conducted a "social listening survey" to understand the image of the city.
