1. Movement information data
・The number of visitors to Nagasaki City from outside the prefecture was 179,430, an increase of 108% compared to the previous month and 128% compared to the same month last year.
・By day, the 3th (Sunday), which is a three-day weekend, had the highest number of people at 11, and the long weekends and weekends during the Nagasaki Lantern Festival were crowded with people.
- By block compared to the same month last year, Hokkaido/Tohoku 131%, Kanto 99%, Hokushinetsu/Chubu 121%, Kinki 127%, Chugoku/Shikoku 150%, Kyushu/Okinawa 137%, Tokyo 3% among the three major cities, 98% in Osaka Prefecture and 136% in Fukuoka Prefecture.
    
2. Search volume for “Nagasaki tourism”
・In January 2024, the search volume for "Nagasaki sightseeing" was 2 people, 28,900% compared to the previous month and 109% compared to the same month last year.
- Compared to the same month last year in the three major cities, Tokyo was 3%, Osaka 97%, and Fukuoka 108%.
・The total number of searches for "Nagasaki Lantern Festival 2024" and "Lantern Festival 2024" was 194,100, which is a 1% increase compared to the number of searches in January.
