[Members only] February 2th (Thursday) "If you learn from the cases, you will see! Is that really the problem you are facing?" Study session will be held! (Free consultation session will also be held for interested businesses *Limited to 6 companies, conditions apply)
Have you ever had the experience of implementing measures to solve problems within your company, business, or service, only to find that they were not effective? I'm sure there are many managers and business people who have had the same experience.
The instructor for this event, Mr. Hara, specializes in solving corporate problems, such as advertising and branding. Therefore, his work begins with receiving a presentation of the current problems that companies are facing.
However, it often happens that the "essential issues" that emerge through on-site surveys and interviews to verify the issues are different from the "issues that the company feels" that were initially presented. If you implement solutions while misidentifying the issues, you will end up scratching your head without truly resolving the issues.
Therefore, in this study session, through examples of true problem-solving that Mr. Hara has done for everything from individual shops to large corporations, we will deepen our understanding of "ways of thinking to discover true issues in order to move towards the company you want to be" without misidentifying the issues facing your own company or business.
In addition, during this study session, we will hold a "free consultation session (limited to three companies)" where companies can discuss the challenges their companies are facing with Mr. Hara and receive suggestions on how to solve these challenges.
For businesses that wish to participate in a free consultation, please fill out the interview sheet on the download page below and submit it by the application deadline. (Participation in the lecture session and submission of the advance interview sheet are required as conditions.)
This content is especially recommended for managers in the tourism-related industry (accommodation, food and beverage, retail, souvenirs, transportation, etc.) who are facing issues such as attracting customers and increasing sales, improving brand power, new product development, and new business development. Also, although it may take some time to fill out the interview sheet, we hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to attend the free consultation session in addition to the classroom session. Please come along and participate.
