Business plan/implementation plan

Medium-term business plan “Nagasaki City DMO Business Plan 2021-2025”

The Nagasaki City DMO Business Plan is a plan that aims to realize the Nagasaki City Tourism and MICE Strategy, which is the city's top plan in the tourism and MICE field, while maintaining consistency with related plans such as the Nagasaki City Shinkansen Opening Action Plan. , which accurately grasps the tourism and MICE market environment, clarifies the roles and goals that Nagasaki City DMO should fulfill, and systematically compiles projects that should be undertaken independently, while taking into account the future.

The business planning period is five years from 2021 (Reiwa 3) to 2025 (Reiwa 7) in order to maintain consistency with the "Nagasaki City Tourism/MICE Strategy", and the period is set to be 5 years from 2 (Reiwa 3) to XNUMX (Reiwa XNUMX), and to ensure effective implementation based on the trends of the times. In order to create a highly realistic plan, we have set a timeline for the entire project: the first two years and the second three years.

Along with the business plan, we will formulate an action plan (implementation plan) for each year. In addition, the business plan will be reviewed as appropriate, including the content of initiatives and KPI achievement targets, taking into account the opinions of experts while going through the PDCA cycle every year.

Implementation plan (annual action plan)

Based on the "Nagasaki City DMO Business Plan 2021-2025," this is a policy and specific initiatives to achieve the performance indicators in DMO business activities set for each fiscal year.
We will proceed with these projects by closely communicating and strengthening collaboration (empathy and co-creation) with citizens and tourism town development-related businesses.
