In order to encourage tourism spending by foreign visitors, the Nagasaki Chamber of Commerce and Industry is recommending the use of "VoiceTra," an easy-to-use multilingual voice translation app released by the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT).

No membership registration is required, it's free to use, and supports 31 languages.
