Six Western-style buildings from the Meiji period that were scattered around the city have been relocated and restored, mainly the former Glover House, former Ringer House, and former Orto House, all of which are nationally designated important cultural properties. Every part of the park is decorated with flowers, and no matter where you look, it's a picturesque space.
There is also a Heart Stone in a section of the cobblestones. Please look for it when you visit.

Kagetsu began in 1818 when it was built as a tea house in the garden of Hiketaya, a long-established store in Nagasaki's Maruyama red light district.
There is the Dragon Room, where the scars of Ryoma Sakamoto's sword can be seen on the pillars, and the Harusame Room, which is Japan's first Western-style room that combines Japanese and Western style, with a tiled floor, Japanese-style coffered ceiling, and windows that incorporate Chinese style. It still retains its original appearance, including the ``Moon Room,'' which overlooks the Japanese garden that Kaishu Katsu loved.

Please enjoy Nagasaki's traditional cuisine ``Sippoku Ryori'' in the space where our ancestors spent their time, while looking at the beautiful garden built during the Genroku period.

Meganebashi Bridge is said to have been built in 1634 by Zen Master Mokusu Nyojo of Kofukuji Temple. It is said that it got its name from the double-circular shape of its shadow reflected on the river surface, which looks like glasses, and it is considered one of Japan's three famous bridges, along with Tokyo's Nihonbashi and Yamaguchi's Kintaikyo. Although it partially collapsed during the Nagasaki flood in 1982, it was restored the following year and has been designated as a national important cultural property.

When the water level is low, you can use the stairs to go down to the river's edge and stroll along the water's edge.
