Nagasaki Kenmin's Mori Camp [Barrier-free] Nagasaki Prefectural Forest Campsite

 

This campground is located in the middle of the Nishisonogi Peninsula, about an hour's drive north from central Nagasaki city. Located in a forest park with a site area of ​​1 hectares, it is surrounded by mountains and fields at an altitude of 382 meters, where you can enjoy the beauty of nature throughout the four seasons, including clear streams, blooming flowers, autumn leaves, and snowy scenery. In addition to a campsite, the vast grounds include facilities such as an athletic field, a suspension bridge, and a woodworking hall, and various events are held here to help you get in touch with nature. Accommodation facilities include a ``general campsite'' (500 bungalows) with a kitchen, and an ``auto campsite'' (10 bungalows, 8 permanent tents, 13 lawn sites) for up to 22 people. There will be three locations, including the Nagasaki Forest Community Center, which can accommodate students and provide hands-on learning and rice cooking training. Travel around the site is by car, and there is always parking for people with disabilities in major parking lots such as in front of the campsite. There is one wheelchair available for rent at the Forest Hall, where the management office is located, and two at the Nagasaki Forest Exchange Center.
