Nagasaki citizen general pool

It is located in the ``Sports Zone'' of the Peace Park, adjacent to the atomic bomb drop center and the Peace Statue. Indoors there is a 50m pool, 25m pool, and a pool for infants and children, and outdoors there is a running water pool, a pool for infants and children, a landing pool, and a slider, which are used by everyone from small children to the elderly. At the 2014 Nagasaki Ganbaranba National Athletic Meet, competitions in swimming, water polo, and synchronized swimming were held, and at the Nagasaki Ganbaranba Tournament, where athletes with disabilities participated, swimming competitions were held. We also have a changing room for people with disabilities and a barrier-free toilet, and we also rent out one wheelchair for swimming. In addition, there is a wheelchair-only viewing area in the 1m pool.

Swimming wheelchairs (1 unit) are available for rent. You can not only move around the facility, but also go directly into the water.

The indoor 25m pool is equipped with a slope and can be accessed using a swimming wheelchair. The 25m pool has 7 courses, and the water depth is 1.2 to 1.4m. It is dangerous to use it alone, so please use it with someone who helps you.
