Built in 49, it is a complex facility with 7 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, consisting of a cultural hall, civic gymnasium, central community center, gender equality promotion center, and underground parking lot. Nearby is Meganebashi, a sightseeing spot in Nagasaki, and it is conveniently located on the road where buses and trams go. The inside of the building is flat, making it easy to move around in a wheelchair, and there are ramps where there are steps.

The disabled parking lot is located next to the elevator on the second basement floor. Our staff will help you get on and off as much as possible, so please use the intercom at the payment machine in front of the elevator.

The toilets in the culture hall on the 1st floor and the civic gymnasium on the 4th floor were renovated in XNUMX, and we have installed multipurpose toilets that can accommodate ostomates!
