At the concierge counter at the back of the information center, we have set up a low counter exclusively for universal tourism, which provides barrier-free information on tourist facilities and works with the Nagasaki Prefectural Universal Tourism Center at Nagasaki Airport to provide travel consultation and wheelchair rental.

Provides information on tourism/MICE, events, transportation information, town information, etc. We have also set up a space where you can read books about Nagasaki from season to season.
Furthermore, it is equipped with free WI-FI. In addition to installing tablet devices that you can use freely, we have also introduced an AI chatbot to quickly respond to frequently asked questions.
In addition to providing tourism pamphlets and maps for the prefecture, we will also strengthen our information dissemination functions by broadcasting tourism and transportation information on digital signage to welcome customers.
