Nagasaki Shigagakukan (Starship) [Barrier-free] Nagasaki City Science Museum (Starship)
This is an experiential facility where everyone from children to adults can see, hear, touch, and enjoy. There is a parking lot in the basement, a science laboratory and workshop on the first floor, a lobby with entrance reception and a planetarium on the second floor, an exhibition room on the third floor, and an observatory on the fourth floor. Elevators with audio guides provide smooth movement to each floor. We also recommend using the wheelchair-accessible escalator from the lobby to the exhibition room. When using the vehicle, you will need to operate the vehicle to get on and off the vehicle, so please inform the staff. Slopes have been installed along the corridors of the exhibition rooms, allowing people in wheelchairs to fully enjoy the exhibits and experiments. Barrier-free parking is available in the underground parking lot, but the entrance door in front of the elevator is manually operated. If you need it, please ask the staff.
