Iwanagabaijuken [Barrier-free] Iwanaga Baijuken
Located in a corner of Nakadori shopping street, a 1-minute walk from Megane Bridge, the store won the 1996 Nagasaki City Urban Landscape Award in the historical category. Founded in the first year of Tenpo, we are a long-established Japanese confectionery shop that continues to preserve traditional flavors and techniques. We sell sweets unique to this long-established store, such as Nagasaki castella, which is made in one kiln, making the most of its handmade flavor, and Baijuken Kangiku, a dried confectionery that is only made a few times a year.
